The latest ranking boost comes as a timely lift ahead of the upcoming 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, with the team aiming to build on this momentum and push for a strong showing.
The tournament will start on July 26, with Ghana facing Cape Verde, Cameroon and Mali in the group stage.
